There are many extras we added that
would not have to be done for a normal home.
As of 2002, costs ranged from $60 to $100 per square foot,
depending on the extras chosen.
Examples:
- Track lighting
- Amount of tile work
- Wheel chair ramp
- Work area
- Breezeway
- Garage with 13 foot walls and loft.
- Amount of driveway
- Once the cabin is no longer a gallery,
- ..... it is ready to be converted into a home.
